Administrative Assistant

*Immediate Opening*

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for effectively accomplishing all office tasks by providing administrative support to the Owners and Management Team relating to human resources, inventory management, data analysis, customer service, etc..

Responsibilities Include:
-Create, maintain, and update various spreadsheets to track expenses and labor hours
-General data entry
-Maintaining existing filing system
-Order and restock office supplies as needed
-Answer phone calls and direct to department managers for customer assistance
-Assist with the on boarding of new personnel
-Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment: computers, copier, fax, printers, time clock, and phone system

Required Skills:
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-Proficiency using Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
-Ability to resolve customer conflict while maintaining the highest level of customer service
-Excellent organizational and follow up skills
-Demonstrate a high level of integrity
-Four year college degree preferred
-Quickbooks experience preferred

Experience:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience providing administrative support for multiple managers
-Proven record of increased job responsibilities

Availability: Full-time
Wage: Commensurate with experience
